Tradition and Flavours with a Lake View
At Trattoria Acetaia del Balsamico Trentino, the Bombardelli family has been serving, for generations, a cuisine inspired by passion and rooted in local Trentino products. Guests are welcomed into a bright dining room with large windows overlooking Lake Garda and, in the warm season, a panoramic terrace where tradition and territory come together on the plate.
This themed menu, created with the symbolic ingredients of Garda Trentino’s food and wine tradition, is part of the Mese del Gusto.
